My name is Yingluo Jin, but you can also call me Claire. My name was inspired by a middle school character from the American TV series Heroes, who grows into a warrior against dark forces after her father's mysterious disappearance. My parents chose this name because they hoped I would embody the intelligence and bravery of that heroine.

I hail from Shenzhen, China, but I am currently studying at an international boarding school in Lugano, Switzerland. Traveling and studying abroad have profoundly shaped my identity, influencing my personality, hobbies, expectations, and understanding of the world and society.

I would describe myself as a sentimental person, which makes me acutely aware of and resonant with my surroundings, both human and animal. It breaks my heart to see so many beautiful souls suffering and in need of help, and this empathy drives my desire to contribute to making our world a better place.

I also consider myself to be very expressive. This quality fuels my passions, as I strive to articulate my feelings and ideas about protecting the environment, advocating for women's and human rights, and ensuring animal welfare.
